Hi! I’m Pia Davis. I transformed my body at 56 years old.

In a year I built 10 pounds of muscle and shed 50 pounds of fat. I went from a UK size 18 to a size 10.

I teach and coach women from 45 years to better health, strength, energy, vitality, and longevity so we can live our best lives in the years ahead, pushing back the decline into weakness and infirmity.

My absolute mission is to inspire and motivate women on their own health journey.

I have walked this walk – I have done it – and I want to bring it to everyone.

This free four week course is for women in mid-life who are tired of doing calorie restricted diets and thrashing themselves in the gym.

They are ready to recommit to their health. They want a sound approach that works to get going again - without it feeling like a complete chore.

The course is free and runs from Monday 4th March to Sunday 31st March 2024
